Rogers Call Center

Rogers is a suburban city in Benton County, Arkansas. The city is the ninth most populous in the state with a population of 54,959. The city was named after Captain Charles Warrington Rogers, who was vice-president and general manager of St. Louis-San Francisco Railroad, also known as the Frisco. The town was established in the year 1881, the year the Frisco line arrived and the area residents honored Captain Rogers by naming it for him. Rogers was the location of the first Wal-Mart store, whose corporate headquarters is located in neighboring Bentonville, Arkansas. In June 2007, BusinessWeek magazine ranked Rogers as 18th in its list of the 25 best affordable suburbs in the American South.

The region is one of the fastest growing in the nation, making it a hub for business travel. Beaver Lake and the scenic Ozark Mountains of Northwest Arkansas have long been destinations for family vacations. Retail therapy is readily available at fabulous shopping areas featuring national retailers, upscale department stores and unique boutiques. A spirit of entrepreneurship flows through the Ozarks, resulting in the strength of three corporate giants headquartered in the area: Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc., and Tyson Foods, Inc. Many other Fortune 500 companies are represented in the area, enjoying a consistently low unemployment rate, lower-than-the-national-average cost-of-living rates and a skilled and eager workforce.
